My work is an invitation to pause, linger, and step into the shimmer of a moment suspended in time. Using highly pigmented alcohol inks on non-porous surfaces, layered and finished with resin, I create pieces that ripple, float, and glow—inviting the viewer to move around them, notice subtle shifts, and experience a moment from multiple perspectives. Each layer is applied with intention, studied, and reworked repeatedly, echoing the patient shaping of water as it flows over the earth.
The process balances spontaneity with precision: liquid pouring, air movement, and pigment mixing converge with careful measurements, precise temperatures, and the science of buoyancy. Challenges arise constantly, yet each “mistake” becomes an opportunity to rethink, redirect, and deepen the work. In this tension between control and flow, art becomes both experiment and meditation—a dialogue between curiosity and structure.
Ultimately, my work exists to share energy and beauty. Whether experienced as an original painting, a fine metal print, or a functional object utilized in daily life, it radiates movement, inclusivity, and joy. It invites viewers to explore depth, notice subtleties, and encounter the unusual—the asymmetrical, the unexpected, the suspended sparkle of color and light. Wherever these works live, they create a space to pause, breathe, and be moved.
